Oooh! You have lots!! We have SOME, but not nearly as many as you. And I loooove garden fresh tomatoes. Yum.
Oooh, so pretty. Are they hard to grow?
What are you waiting for? You have the perfect fixin’s for some fried green tomatoes. I am “green” with envy! 🙂
great lookin’ pictures! AND tomatoes. they should be about perfect when I’m there 😉
I hardly had ANY tomatoes last summer. I don’t know if it was the cold and cloudy weather we had, or their location in my garden. So I moved them this summer to a spot right against the south side of house. I think they like all the heat from the sun reflecting off the house.
Cagey – Bryan made green tomato and chili salsa last year from all the green tomatoes left on the plants by fall, and we had enough to freeze. Yum!
Tomatoes look amazing Jen! I look forward to seeing more garden pics!
Here on the other side of the country, I, too, am waiting on tomatoes. I’m sure they’ll all ripen at once, turning into a tomato explosion; tomato extravaganza; tomatopalooza. (I’m sure I’ll title a blog post with that last one.) In the meantime, perhaps I’ll try frying up some green ones.
